Busy week for baby

Camille had her two month check up complete with shots. She did very well. Cried for a minute (she had one of those red-faced, breath-holding, I'm seriously angry cries which prompted one of the nurse to sit her up and get a little nervous!) but otherwise had a good visit with Dr. Dai.

Camille's first 5k! Mike, Camille and I did the Race for the Cure. Valerie Vedder, a survivor, had formed a team and after the race hosted a nice brunch. We saw lots of friends and coworkers there. I ran with Brenda Stryjewski as her husband, Marek and their son, Nathaniel joined Timm & George Vedder and Mike & Camille speeding ahead knocking over innocent runners along the way. Even the Savels - with their three 5 year olds, Camille's weekday family, completed the 3 plus miles!

I headed back to work :( after two months at home with Camille. She did very well at the Savel's house and was entertained (if not a bit worn out) by all the activity. I got back into the swing of things at the Peds Clinic and managed not to cry. Overall smoother then I could have hoped!
